Returns

A copy of the original receipt showing date of purchase is required for any returns process to begin. If you do not have your sales receipt, we will not accept your return. Handwritten receipts are not accepted.

To return a product, please email us at Lawlessbicycles@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in their original packaging, and in unused, resalable condition. If a product was ordered by mistake (such as the wrong size, or customer changed their mind) the customer will be responsible for shipping cost on the return. If you received an incorrect product which was our fault please email us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will handle the exchange of parts at no cost to you. Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you in order to avoid return shipping fees. Always inspect all parts for defects or damage prior to use. Any circumstances where a product was sent incorrectly due to our fault, we will send you a return label to send the product back to us. If shipping merchandise back to us yourself, we recommend that you use a shipping carrier that offers signature confirmation, insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Return merchandise should be sent to the address below:
